No. JM Property Solutions FL LLC is a real-estate investment company, not a brokerage.
Do I need to repair or clean my house first?
No. We consider houses in their current condition. Tell us what you know about needed repairs.
Do you also work with vacant land?
Yes. We consider vacant lots and land in our service areas. Start with the address or parcel number.
Am I obligated to sell after submitting the form?
No. Submitting information only begins the review and conversation.
How quickly can a closing happen?
Timing depends on the property, title review, the agreement, and the needs of everyone involved. We will discuss a realistic timeline with you.
Will JM Property Solutions buy the property?
Depending on the opportunity, we may purchase it directly or assign our contractual interest to another buyer. The proposed structure will be explained before you decide.

For a house, the address, condition, occupancy, and desired timeline are helpful. For land, include the address or parcel ID and any known details about acreage, access, utilities, or zoning.
